Just San Bernardino Collaborative is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information entrusted to us by those who visit our website. We do this by: being transparent about the types of data we collect, who has access to it, and how we use it; providing a privacy policy in easy-to-read language, and taking reasonable measures to protect any personal data given or otherwise collected from our website (Just San Bernardino Collaborative) or other digital properties.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes and governs the information collection, use, and sharing practices of Just San Bernardino Collaborative, which is a fiscally sponsored project of New Venture Fund, a 501(c)(3) public charity (“Just San Bernardino Collaborative,” “we,” “us,” and “our”). This Policy applies to Just San Bernardino Collaborative, online and offline events related to Just San Bernardino Collaborative, and any other services that reference and/or include a link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

For individuals in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), NVF is considered to be the “controller” of your personal data.

The information we collect
The information we collect about you depends on how you interact with our Services and the information you choose to provide to us by using the Services. We may aggregate and/or de-identify any information collected through the Services so that such information can no longer be linked to you or your computer or device (“Aggregate/De-Identified Information”). We may use Aggregate/De-Identified Information for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with any third parties in our discretion.

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers.
